We look after both

Every fleet is run differently — some own every vehicle, some lease the lot through companies like Lex or Arval, and plenty do both. Either way it's the same workshop, the same team and one local point of contact.

Vehicles you lease

Leased fleets are welcome here. If your vans come through Lex, Arval or another leasing company, we can still look after them — and you deal with us directly to book them in.

  • Book directly with us — one call to the workshop, not a leasing-company call centre.
  • Servicing to manufacturer schedules, so the maintenance record stays right for end of contract.
  • MOT, repairs and bodywork on the same site, with the paperwork kept straight for your provider.

Vehicles you own

Run your own fleet? The bigger it is, the harder we work for it — with rates and backup built around the number of vehicles you put through the workshop.

  • Bespoke labour rates agreed on fleet size — the more vehicles you run, the better your rate.
  • Replacement van service, so a vehicle in the workshop doesn't mean a driver off the road.

Repairs

Mechanical repair carried out in-house by the same team that services your vehicles. Tell us the fault and we'll get it diagnosed and fixed.

MOT — Class 4 & Class 7

Class 4 and Class 7 MOT testing on site, so cars and larger vans go through the same workshop without a separate trip.

EV service centre

An EV service centre for electric vehicles in your fleet — service the plug-in vans and cars alongside the diesels, under one roof.

Fleet scheduling

Dack Service fleet management keeps downtime to a minimum: work is planned around when your vehicles can actually come off the road.

Everything else on site

Hire, bodyshop and conversions are on the same site, so if a job needs more than the workshop, it doesn't need another supplier.

One account manager, one direct number

When your fleet comes to Dack, you're appointed a dedicated account manager — one person who knows your vehicles, your drivers and how your business runs. You get their direct mobile number, so booking a van in or checking on a job is a quick call or text to someone who already knows the answer.

    Call the service team or send us your fleet list — how many vehicles you run, whether they're owned or leased, and what they do all day.

    We set you up

    You're appointed an account manager with a direct mobile number, labour rates are agreed on your fleet size, and your vehicles go into online reporting.

    Servicing, MOT and repairs planned around your schedule — with replacement vans available so the work never stops.
